PROCUREMENT GUIDE · REVIEWED 4 NOVEMBER 2026
What Costs Should You Confirm Before Buying Beauty Equipment?
Compare itemized quotations for the same configuration. A machine-only figure leaves out costs that can change the purchasing decision.

Equipment and included items
Ask for the device model and configuration, standard handpieces, options and accessories. Specify whether the quotation covers one unit or a mixed-model order.
Packing and destination delivery
Request confirmed packed dimensions and weight, packing method, shipping terms and excluded charges. Destination handling, taxes and local obligations need country-specific confirmation; this checklist does not estimate them.
Consumables and replacement parts
Ask for approved item references, unit/order quantities, compatibility and manufacturer-documented replacement guidance. Estimate your own usage from your operating plan, not a supplier’s generic revenue example.
Support, training and repair responsibilities
Request written coverage and exclusions, remote support scope, languages, training arrangements, spare-parts process and responsibility for any return freight. “Support available” is not an itemized warranty.
Keep assumptions separate from commitments
Create a column for quoted amounts, a column for your own estimates and a column for unknowns. Do not turn an illustrative budget into a promised payback period or sales forecast.
Planning guidance, not a quotation, operating manual, legal determination or clinical advice. Product facts appear with their sources on the individual equipment pages. Last reviewed: 4 November 2026.
