Beauty Salon Equipment Checklist for a New Studio
Start with the services you intend to offer, the space available and the people who will operate each device. A practical opening plan separates what you need at launch from what can wait.

Define the opening service menu
List each planned service, the device category it needs and the person responsible for confirming suitability. Identify services outside your current operator qualifications before choosing equipment. A larger function count does not establish a better fit.
Record the room and installation inputs
Measure the usable equipment footprint, access route and storage. Ask for exact-model dimensions, packed dimensions, electrical requirements, cleaning instructions and any site requirements in the manufacturer’s documentation.
Separate launch essentials from later additions
Use three columns: required for your opening service menu, useful after demand is established, and optional. Add an owner and a decision date to each item. This prevents an attractive package from becoming the purchasing plan.
Build a complete supplier brief
Provide the business setting, intended services, destination country/city, quantity and selected model links. Ask the supplier to distinguish standard handpieces, optional items, consumables, training and delivery charges.
Resolve the missing evidence before ordering
Request the exact-model configuration, operating manual, relevant destination documents and written support terms. A catalog image does not establish market authorization or an outcome. Confirm local professional requirements with the appropriate qualified advisers.
Planning guidance, not a quotation, operating manual, legal determination or clinical advice. Product facts appear with their sources on the individual equipment pages. Last reviewed: 4 November 2026.
Ask for the details that matter.
Confirm the model, configuration, destination and commercial terms.
